Brian Boak will lead a tour of where Boaks Beer is brewed. He will explain the entire process of brewing beer from start to finish. We have a tour the 2nd Saturday of every month at High Point Brewery, 22 Park Place, Butler, NJ. Due to restrictions samples of Boak Beer are not available but samples of other High Point's beers will be available. Tour/Tastings are from 2pm to 4pm. Call 973-570-6381 for questions or directions.
Boaks Beer expanding into PA
Boaks Beer is working with Stockertown Beverage in Stockertown PA to distribute their beer in Pennsylvania. This will expand Boaks Beer throughout Pennsylvania including the wonderful bars of Philadelphia. If all goes well, we hope to be available in July. We plan on participating in beer festivals and doing individual appearances at locations throughout Pennsylvania. We will keep you updated as we get closer to being available.
Double BW
We are getting a very nice response to our test batch of Double BW (Belgian Wheat Beer with Lemongrass) We are expecting to brew in July to be ready in August. Just in time for the hot part of the summer.
Labels
We have submitted to the Federal Government the labels for Monster Mash and Two Blind Monks with our full graphics and color. For all of you that have been saying our labels look like homebrew labels (which they do), I think you will be pleased. Most of you do not realize the complex process to get labels from concept, through graphics, past the Printer and then the Federal Government. It is a long drawn out process. But now that we have the basics covered, future labels should be easier.
